ORDERING, RETURN, REFUND, & DISCOUNT POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING OR INITIATING A RETURN.

By completing a purchase with Purple Rose Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Ordering, Shipping, & Return Policies.  These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

ORDERING POLICY:

Please double-check all details before placing your order. Make sure your shipping address, billing address, item, size, color, style, etc.…, is correct before placing your order.  Once the order is submitted, orders cannot be canceled or changed for any reason.  No exceptions

COLOR DISCLAIMER:

The colors displayed in these digital swatches are provided for reference purposes only. Due to variations in monitor calibration, screen settings, digital rendering limitations, and different lighting, the colors shown may not precisely match the actual product.  While we strive for optimal digital color accuracy, the definitive reference remains our official physical color samples.

RETURN POLICY:

Unauthorized returns or items not meeting the below requirements may be denied.

Purple-Rose-Boutique wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com of reason you want to return your item within 3 calendar days of delivery following the below refund policies.  Claims received outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Purple Rose Boutique actively monitors claims to prevent abuse.

WIGS & TOPPERS – STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

We accept returns for wigs & toppers purchased directly from Purple Rose Boutique or any of our social media sites for store credit or refund only under the following conditions.

  • Wigs & Toppers must be unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, damage, unbrushed, with the criss-cross parting intact and must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.  Removal of the tags and criss-cross parting makes the wigs & toppers ineligible for return.
  • Since we can't resell the returned item as new and we need to prepare the item for resell, there will be a 20% restocking/handling fee deducted from the store credit or refund.
  • All returns are carefully inspected and may be refused at our discretion.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and protection insurance (If Any) are non-refundable.
  • Reporting Timeline – You must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with reason you want to return your wig.  Reporting received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Return Timeline - You must return the item postmarked within 7 calendar days of the delivery date or they will not be accepted.
  • Returns are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days of acceptance of the return.

Items that do not meet the above return policy will be rejected. If you wish to have the rejected wig sent back to you, you are responsible for shipping costs.

JEWELRY – STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

We accept returns for jewelry purchased directly from Purple Rose Boutique or any of our social media sites for store credit or refund only under the following conditions.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and SKU labels intact.  Returns will not be accepted if tags or SKU numbers are missing or removed.
  • Earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable if packaging has been opened due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • All returns are carefully inspected and may incur a 20% restocking fee or be refused at our discretion.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and protection insurance (If Any) are non-refundable.
  • Reporting Timeline – You must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with reason you want to return your item.  Reporting received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

FASHION – STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

We accept returns for Fashion items purchased directly from Purple Rose Boutique Purple Rose Boutique or any of our social media sites for store credit or refund only under the following conditions.

Reporting Timeline – You must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com of reason you want to return your item within 3 calendar days of delivery and let us know if you would like store credit or a refund.  Claims received outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Purple Rose Boutique actively monitors claims to prevent abuse.

  • Bathing Suites are non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and SKU labels intact. We will refuse all items that are dirty, stained, have odors, and missing their tags.   Tags must not have been removed.
  • All returns are carefully inspected and may incur a 20% restocking fee or be refused at our discretion.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and protection insurance (If Any) are non-refundable.
  • Reporting Timeline – You must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with reason you want to return your item.  Reporting received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES & DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

  • Once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), Purple Rose Boutique is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during transit. While uncommon, packages can occasionally be lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. Please note that we do not offer refunds or store credit for items affected by such incidents.  You will need to contact the shipping company to dispute. 
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
    Color variation will not be considered a defect or incorrect items as colors will show different in different lighting, and computer settings. 
  • Inspection upon Delivery – Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the outer packaging and contents. Minor wear to shipping cartons is common; however, if your items are damaged, retain the box, packaging materials, and the item itself.
  • Reporting Timeline – You must notify us at customerservice@purple-rose-boutique.com regarding any missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 calendar days of delivery.  You must include clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective items and a copy of the packaging slip for missing items. Please attach this documentation to your email when contacting us.  Claims received outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Purple Rose Boutique actively monitors claims to prevent abuse.
  • Return Timeline - You must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item postmarked within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Refund Processing – Once the damaged, defective, or incorrect item is confirmed and accepted, we will issue a refund or store credit to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 10 to 14 business days of acceptance of return.

 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RETURN:

  • Final sale items, discontinued items, discounted items, demo items, sample items, open box items, & sitewide promotion items.
  • Wigs & Toppers worn, used, stained, have odors, damaged, brushed, missing the criss-cross parting, wig caps, wig care products, cosmetics, accessories, lashes, swimwear, undergarments, sunglasses, earrings, & body piercings.
  • Gift Cards

DISCOUNT CODE POLICY

·         Discount codes, promotional offers, and sale pricing (“Promotions”) are issued at the sole discretion of Purple Rose Boutique.
Purple Rose Boutique reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
By using a Promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1.     Promotions are valid only for the time period stated and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at Purple Rose Boutique’s discretion.

2.     Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

3.     Purple Rose Boutique may limit quantities, restrict eligibility, or exclude certain products or collections from Promotions.

4.     Misuse, unauthorized distribution, or fraudulent use of any Promotion may result in cancellation of the order and/or deactivation of the discount code.

5.     Purple Rose Boutique retains the right to correct pricing errors and revoke Promotions applied in error.

6.     All Promotions are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.
Purple Rose Boutique reserves all rights to interpret, enforce, and amend this Discount Code Policy at its sole discretion.
